Old Military Convoy in Great Falls on August 1st
The MVPA 2026 Lewis & Clark Cross-Country Convoy is Coming to Great Falls!
The Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) 2026 Lewis & Clark Cross-Country Convoy will be making a stop at the Walmart parking lot Saturday, August 1, 2026, and the public is invited to attend. About the Convoy
Comprised of approximately 60–70 participants and 40–50 privately owned Historic Military Vehicles representing military history from World War I through recently retired military vehicles. Convoys travel approximately 120–150 miles per day at speeds of around 35 mph, following many of America’s earliest and most scenic roadways during a journey lasting 20–30 days. Each stop serves as a static display, allowing the public to view these historic vehicles up close and learn about their significance and service to our nation. Convoy participants proudly honor our nation’s veterans and active-duty military members, taking every opportunity to say, “Thank you for your service.”
Walmart parking lot Stop – The convoy is expected to arrive at the parking lot between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Post 14 Veterans Service Phone Line 406-548-4972
In an effort to be responsive to the needs of our membership, we now have a dedicated phone number for members to use if they are in need of some assistance or information from the Post. The Bar phone number will remain the same. Anyone who calls the Bar requesting assistance or Post 14 information will be given this new service phone number. Post 14 Trustee Gary Gullickson has volunteered to man the phone line 24/7 and refer all calls for assistance to the proper organizations and report each month on the calls received. Thank you, Gary, for taking on this important task.
Post 14 Burger Nights
