We hope this finds you well as Summer kicks into high gear. We will be installing flags on Main street on Saturday, July 4th at 6:00AM and removing them later that day at 4:00PM. We are typically well staffed in the morning. If you have some time at 4:00PM, please meet at the Post.
Thank you to Karyn Milledge who came out to our last membership meeting to offer her assistance if you are navigating your veteran benefits. Summer Steak Night for Members July 15, 2026 starting at 5:30PM
We are offering another member and family steak night. Members and a guest are invited on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 5:30PM to the Post for a free meal with other members. We are asking that you sign up via the link provided below so we can make sure there is enough food for everyone. If you are interested in helping with these events, please reach out via email. We can use a hand with cooking and setting up.
Advance sign up is required. There is also a sign up sheet at the Bar. We are offering a meal for each member and one guest at no cost. Thank you to Daniel’s Gourmet Meats for helping support this event. If you cannot complete the online sign up sheet but wish to participate, please email or call me and I will get you signed up. Bring an appetite.

We have a coffee and donuts with Veterans visit at Brookdale Springmeadows Assisted Living on Thursday, July 23rd at 10:00 AM. If you have the time to visit, please come by. Our members will meet upstairs in the day room.

Post 14 Veterans Service Phone Line 406-548-4972
In an effort to be responsive to the needs of our membership, we now have a dedicated phone number for members to use if they are in need of some assistance or information from the Post. The Bar phone number will remain the same. Anyone who calls the Bar requesting assistance or Post 14 information will be given this new service phone number. Post 14 Trustee Gary Gullickson has volunteered to man the phone line 24/7 and refer all calls for assistance to the proper organizations and report each month on the calls received. Thank you, Gary, for taking on this important task.
Post 14 Burger Nights
Burger nights are going strong. The Bar is offering burger specials on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 4:00PM – 8:00PM. We are offering a simple menu with chips and a drink. $11.00 gets a burger, garnish, chips and a beer or soda. Schedules may differ during Thursday Music on Main events.
Reminder – We will not hold General Membership Meetings in July and August due to Music on Main events scheduled those same nights. Please keep an eye open for our emails throughout the Summer.
